You get a professional website with an online booking system. The yearly technical cost includes standard hosting, 1 standard domain name, domain management, database, technical base operation and standard maintenance.
In the first year you pay the one-time setup cost of €999 plus the yearly technical cost of €249, together €1248 excl. VAT. Including 21% VAT that is €1510.08.
From the second year you only pay the yearly technical cost of €249 excl. VAT, or €301.29 incl. VAT per year.
